What is Paceful?
Paceful is a running app that combines run tracking, community features, and rewards to help you keep running consistently.
Where can my running records come from?
Paceful syncs running records through Apple Health on iOS and Health Connect on Android. Your recording app or watch must share its runs with the health service on your phone.
How do rewards work?
Earn Gold from eligible runs, challenges, cheers, daily check-ins and friend invitations. Exchange Gold for Volt in the app and check each reward for its point cost and rules.
Troubleshooting
Synced running records are missing
Check access permissions for Paceful and the app that recorded the run.
- On iPhone, check Paceful permissions in the Health app. On Android, check Paceful in Health Connect under App permissions.
- Allow Paceful to read running records.
- Confirm that your running app or watch sends records to Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android.
- Wait for the original record to appear in the health service, then refresh your records in Paceful.
A run or reward does not appear
First check the completed run in Paceful, Apple Health or Health Connect.
- Review the reward rules for Gold, Volt, raffles, and exchanges.
- For an external run, check the original record in Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android.
- Contact support with the account email and a short description of the issue if it continues.
