1.1. Information You Provide Directly to Us
- Account and Profile Information: When you create an account on Paceful application (Powered by xCREW), we require certain information to establish and secure your profile. This includes your name, a valid email address, and a password.
- User-Generated Content: You may choose to add more information to your profile or through your use of the Services. This can include uploading a profile photo, adding your gear to track usage, posting comments, or participating in community features.
1.2. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services
- Activity and Geolocation Information: The core function of Paceful application is to record your athletic activities. To do this, when you start recording a run, we collect, with your explicit and just-in-time consent, precise geolocation data from your device's GPS.
- Health and Fitness Information: With your separate and explicit consent, you may choose to connect a heart rate monitor or another sensor to the Services. In this case, we will collect health-related data, such as your heart rate during an activity.
- Device and Technical Information: When you use the app, we automatically collect technical information to ensure the Services function correctly, to maintain security, and to analyze performance.
1.3. Information We Receive From Third-Party Services
- Connecting Health and Fitness Accounts: If you choose to connect your Paceful account with services like Apple Health or Strava, you authorize them to send us data you approve.
- Social Media Logins: If you register using Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information like your name and email address.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your data in the limited circumstances described below, always with a focus on protecting your privacy and honoring your choices.
3.1. Information You Control and Share
You have the option to share your completed activities via other services, such as social media platforms. When you initiate this type of sharing, you are authorizing us to send your activity data to that third party.
3.2. With Our Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf. These service providers include providers of cloud hosting, customer support software, payment processing, and data analytics.
3.3. With Advertising Partners for Rewarded Ads
When you choose to engage with a rewarded ad to earn Volt, we share a resettable Advertising Identifier with our ad network partners. This is a technical requirement for the feature to function. We provide you with tools and information on how to limit ad tracking or reset this identifier through your mobile device's operating system settings.
3.4. Aggregated and Anonymized Data
We may process your data to create aggregated or anonymized datasets that can no longer be used to identify you. For example, we might aggregate location data from many users to identify popular running routes and display them as a "heatmap." We may share this non-personal, aggregated data with partners for industry analysis, research, or to improve the Services.
3.5. For Legal Requirements and Business Transfers
