Powered by Paceful
Important Notice
To ensure Paceful accurately collects your running data and issues rewards, Apple Health must be set up as the primary intermediary. Please follow the guide below to verify your sync status.
Essential Universal Settings
Most Important
Before configuring any external apps, you must grant Paceful data access permissions within your iPhone settings.
- Path: iPhone [Settings] → [Health] → [Data Access & Devices] → [Paceful]
- Action: Activate [Turn All Categories On] at the top of the screen.
iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Paceful
App-Specific Sync Guide
Select the running app you use to complete the synchronization.
Strava
- Steps: Open the Strava App → Tap [Settings (Gear Icon)] in the top right → [Applications, Services, and Devices] → [Health] → Toggle 'Send to Health' ON.
- Tip: If it's already on, try toggling it off and then back on.
Nike Run Club (NRC)
- Steps: Open the NRC App → Tap your [Profile] in the top left → [Settings] → [Partners] → [Health] → Ensure it says 'Connected'.
- Tip: The connection is only valid if the 'Connected' status is visible.
Garmin
- Steps: Open the Garmin Connect App → Tap [More (…)] at the bottom → [Settings] → [Connected Apps] → [Apple Health] → Tap 'Connect'.
Still Having Sync Issues?
If your data isn't loading despite following all the settings above, please check the following:
- Sync Latency: There may be a slight delay (1–5 minutes) for data to transfer from external apps to Apple Health.
- Reset Permissions: Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Paceful app. When the Health data access prompt appears during setup, tap 'Allow' for all categories once more.
