    Q: What is Paceful?

Paceful is a new running app that rewards you immediately after your runs. It combines run tracking, community features, and instant rewards to help you keep running consistently.

Q: Can I sync records from apps I'm already using?

Paceful supports Apple Health integration for now. If records from other apps (like Strava) are saved in Apple Health, those records will be synchronized as well.

Q: Can I sync records from GPS-enabled smartwatches like Garmin?

If the records measured by your smartwatch are synced with Apple Health, they can be synchronized with the app through Apple Health.

Q: Is the app available for both iOS and Android devices?

Paceful is available on iOS. Android is currently available in the United States.

Q: What are rewards, and how can I receive them?

The app provides points called "Gold" or "Volt" based on your running records (both app-measured data and Apple Health synced data). Gold can also be earned through various activities such as:

    • Completing challenges
    • Cheering for nearby runners
    • Daily check-ins
    • Inviting friends

Additionally, you can exchange Gold for "Volt" by watching advertisements. Both Gold and Volt can be used for raffle entries and product redemption.

Q: What features does the app provide?

The app allows you to measure and store your running records, enabling you to systematically track your personal progress just like other running apps. You can also participate in various running challenges and complete missions, receiving rewards accordingly. Additionally, there is a feature that allows you to cheer for nearby runners and receive cheers in return, with additional rewards available through this cheering feature.

Q: Is there a time limit to complete a challenge after joining?

Challenges in Paceful offer various target distances that can be achieved based on each runner's ability level. Additionally, there is no time limit, as the challenges are designed to support runners in achieving their goals.

Q: Is there an Apple Watch app?

It is currently under development and will be released soon.
